I’ve been living in The Fields for the last year and love being in this community and my townhome! Everyone in the community is very friendly and welcoming! The staff have all been very professional and personable and all the community amenities are absolutely beautiful!! I love living in a diverse, warm community and my gorgeous townhome made with high quality craftsmanship! The only constructive feedback I would offer regarding my experience moving into the community would be the lack of communication with the subcontractors, as there were numerous visits at times, that were needed in order to complete the list of items for repair. With that said, all the repairs needed were minor and if there were any items that required immediate attention, they were handled accordingly. With time, all the necessary items were completed and done so in a professional, friendly, and high quality manner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move!

My husband and I just built our perfect dream home in this community and have had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Dave Achee who has truly been AMAZING. He kept in consistent communication with us about progress, problem solved any issue that has arose and has truly made this process so seamless and as stress free as possible. I would recommend this company and more specifically Dave to anybody who is looking to move to the area!

Questions & Answers

I’m looking into possibly purchasing a home in this community but the reviews I’ve read aren’t promising. Would you recommend purchasing a home in this community? Why or why not?

I would not purchase a home from them. The sales team is great and nice people. However, the follow-up after move-in is horrible and they are not responsive in a timely manner. We have been here for 2 years and still trying to get items fixed in our home. The area is PERFECT! The schools are GREAT! DiVosta/Pulte do not follow through their promises.

I understand this isn’t a 55+ community but is there a good mix of people in that age group or is it mostly young families? Thank you

This community is NOT 55+!

what is the price ranged for single family (one story house) 3. 2.5 or 3/3.

For the Pinnacle floorplan, 3 bedroom+den, Sigle-story I paid $540k before options on November 2020....!

Are there single story homes in The Fields? Are there lake view homes? Is there room for a pool on your lots? Are there 3 bedroom, 3 bath homes? What is the estimated time for building? Do you cooperate with realtors?

yes there are plenty of single story homes as well as lake view (if they are still available and expect to pay premium lot price. I have seen some owners put pools in their yards but (depending on lot size) I kinda feel like it takes up so much of your yard space. again plenty of 3b3bath. we were told 6-8mos in building process ---could be longer now and yes they cooperate with realtors

Are there pet restrictions and is there a pet limit?

No

How many TownHomes are going to be built into the community? Why are they mixed within the homes?

bailee cotrone | Oct 1, 2018

there are lots of townhomes in the community and I honestly don't know why they are mixed in with the single family homes i kinda feel like it make everything look crowded. They are building more TH in the phase 4 section
