It's a year later and if you still need pallets, call Sorrenti winery down in Saylorsburg. I was there the other week and saw a stack/pile of them back by the barn.
I don't think I've ever seen any there and I've been going for 17 years... Maybe you could put an ad in Marketplace and Craigslist, that you're looking for some. Good Luck!
