I am doing a review for the Chestnut Hill Recycle Station. They are the biggest recycle station I've seen. They do everything pertaining to recycling. Along with the regular recyclable stuff (eg. plastic, glass, can, paper, etc); they also take biodegradable stuff like; leaves, branches, trees(cut up) etc. They also take bulk items like; appliance, furniture(treated), mattresses, etc. You will have to pay for those bulk items though, just like regular garbage; which they take also. There is very little they don't take. I'm very impressed with their setup.

Very organized and the workers are friendly and courteous.

It's a year later and if you still need pallets, call Sorrenti winery down in Saylorsburg. I was there the other week and saw a stack/pile of them back by the barn.

No charge, they have a separate area for yard clippings, brushes, branches and cut up trees. They mulch them and offer it to the community.
Regular garbage is 2 dollars for black trash bags. Recycling is free.
Metal is free as long as it doesn't have different material with it
It depends on the size! The pricing ranges from $1-$4 per bag.

Im sure they do. They take almost everything. I remember them telling me they just dont take tires and paint cans...unless the paint cans are empty dry. They do have a phone number if you want to double check. Also keep in mind they are not open everyday and hours vary
