Some of the horses are used to people and will allow themselves to be touched. Others will not. Please check the website for a list of days open toi visitors. If you're thinking of coming for wild horse observation or photo safari in San Luis Obispo you do have the option of a private tour if four or more people sign up.
They do but, you'll been too contact the office and make an appointment as well as fill out the paperwork for liability insurance clauses
