I did a reservation a month before, and the night before I got a call from a person claiming to be the manager said the they will not have the SUV that I requested. He said the none of the other branches has that type of car available, it was a lie I call to Santa Maria Brach and they told me they have several cars available like the one I need. They screwed my trip with my family, really irresponsible people that don’t what they are doing, am disappointed . Don’t trust this people.

I nevwr have had a bad experience renting a care here, but if they pick you up, make sure they call you at rhw right phone number if you have 2 or more phone numbers are you will be waiting.

Yes, as long as you have a current driver's license and can either use a credit card for the deposit (or a debit card with a current utility bill and two personal references) you can rent a car. Fun fact: Enterprise was started by a man who served on the USS Enterprise in WWII.
