Who would I need to talk to in regards to an incident involving management that occurred this evening 10/4/17 at or around 6:30pm at the Gloucester store?

Susan and Deborah are right. Depending on the severity of the matter, contact the store manager, the district manager, or call corporate. If all fails: write an online review about your bad experience. Sometimes the social media managers monitor those and direct your complaint up the hierarchy.
