I see you have to have utility bill in your name what if you don't have one?

We are unable to use any kind of mail it needs to be a utility bill that's current power gas or water or a current rental agreement. The reason being is you can have a mailing address that can go to somebody else and the utility bill or the rental agreement will show if you have a mailing address and or the physical address. But one of those is a must

possibly even a mail sent to your address from dwfs or voc rehab or other state or government agency

Not sure on that one. Check with them and see what else you can use.

I think they will accept most anything that comes in the mail in your name. But i eont swear to that. A rent reciept, letter from your land lord, something that is proof of your address for the past 30 days.
