What are we talking about housing or food if it is about food . Does not matter if he lives with you or not you and your child can get help . As long as you have proper paperwork like birth certificate social security card and lease of your home . They would be glad to help you . Go down there and get the help you need . And bless you and your endeavors .
I know that Catholic community services is open from 9 till 3. You can go there tomorrow you're going to need ID security cards I think and how much you pay for rent. I wish I could remember more of the places there's so many organizations in town that will help you with food especially if you have children right now I can't think of any of them off the top of my head. Ycc is a good group. St Anne's the Rescue Mission and Salvation Army oh and the Lantern House one of these organizations will be able to help you or find someone who can. You can even get ahold of the bishop in the area where you live the LDS bishop. You don't have to be LDS to receive Food and other services.

You can go to Salvation Army on Grant Ave. You don't need as much info as u do there! The Church on E st & 24th gives food on Fri every week. U don't need a card there! Its at 9:00 am also!
You need all documents in your name or he has to be present.
But they need everyone who's in the house hold and I don't have his ID or social
You can also go to the Salvation Army on 26th and Lincoln. They help with emergency food and they used to serve breakfast also, not sure if they still offer that. But if you call them they can tell and get you an appointment usually the same day. They are not open for the food pantry on Mondays but Tuesday through Friday they are open in the mornings. Also you can call 211 on your phone and they will help you find the help they offer in Ogden. They are very helpful.
There is a food bank on 23rd ave and Jackson they just require id's!
