From the weeks I've gone they have starter decks, but you would be better off going to the spanish fork location
Our Orem and Spanish Fork stores tend to have a larger selection for DBS but we do carry it. I currently have crossworlds boosters in stock as well as the crimson saiyan and guardian of namekians starter decks.
