The fish tanks are always full of dead fish! Why doesn't anyone take care of them? Don't say it's outsourced because that's BS!

Good jon bringing that to attention. Its due to poor leadership. Whoever is in charge of that department does not properly delegate jobs possibly. Who knows but any manager doing a walk through as they should, would easily see there is an issue. If a customer sees it then they can too. Leadership trickles down. Thats why some stores are much more nice and pleasent. So bringing this issue to light here will be a test. If that store has good management then they will see the complaint and take action as well as maybe give a response acknowledgement of receiving the complaint at the very least. If that never happens then the proof is in the pudding.

Many times low level employees do not have the in depth information, or experiences, and/or tge full knowledge to adequately performing their essential work tasks as assigned. In addition, many untrained employees and those who purchase fish do not fully understand that its not that your fish at the time of purchase was dead. Water pH levels are the leading cause of fish deaths during purchase and/or home transitioning periods. So, return your fish for a refund and/or exchange our. However, this time assure your newly acquired fish is released to you with the water that was sustaining it at the time of purchase. Read literature yourself and like you, pass on the infirmation that was acquired inform the aquatics sales person at Walmart but with a concerned disposition instead of one that would defame, and/or disrupt the friendly atmosphere of understanding and working towards a positive outcome, Instead a negative one. I hope this is a beneficial post, good luck & knowledge is power.

Can you call the Humane Society? Perhaps they could look in on how they take care of their fish because that's unacceptable!
