Provides tour services for seniors. We took the riverview cruise. Very disappointed. Only traveled from Ben Franklin Bridge to Walt Whitman. Food was good. Over crowded not enough crew members. Would not do it again.

No people don't live there. It's a center for services for Seniors and Handicapped people such as helping them medical transport and employment transport
