I recommend earlier in the morning but any time is a spectacular time to see the falls
Yes spring time is the best.
Right now is great. Not very many people are there and the day we were there it was awesome. That was about 2 weeks ago.

The spring has lots of water but, I prefer the summer, July - August. Dirkies Lake is on the same road as the falls, and is a blast for the family to picnic and swim!!
In the Spring when there's more water, but any time is great
Spring is great, but the falls are spectacular right now
Spring is blooming season. I have been different times of the year I love them all. 3.00 to get in the falls area. Different places are free.
