Horrible customer service! Ice cream was ice cream. Lol tasted good added what I wanted but the employees seem mad they got a job.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a one-star review, but this has to be said. While this location has good ice cream, there is something to be said about customer service. I have ordered custom birthday cakes from this location on two occasions. The first time, I arrived at the scheduled time and they hadn’t even begun to make the cake. They couldn’t locate where my order was and were rude the entire time, rolling their eyes and making it feel like it was a chore that they had to make what I had paid a week in advance for. I didn’t say anything, thanked them and left. Six months passed and I decided to give it another shot for my wife’s birthday. The same thing happened. I had my sister go in to pick up the cake for the surprise party, and she called me to tell me that they hadn’t even started to make the cake. They had ample time to fix the mistakes they made on that first occasion after it was brought to light, but they refused to do so. When you make a mistake, take responsibility and do what you can to make it right. Be respectful and courteous. I understand that staff is hard to find right now, and if it’s a system error, I do not blame the employees for this oversight; it is management’s poor leadership and inability to accept responsibility that is to blame. For this reason, I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Good ice cream but staff tonight was not in the mood to serve it. Nobody even asked what we'd like, they just stared at us until we ordered and then handed us the order with a somber face. Staff was lacking in politeness but place was clean and ice cream was good.
