how can I cancel membership since I can't get in the store because of mismanagement. No other stores, walmart, homedepot, food stores have such long lines. What a waste of money.

To be honest I haven't seen a line there since they fully opened up. But back to your issue. Go to the customer service desk and they'll gladly refund your money. Costco has the best customer service/refund policy I've ever seen. Costco 2 thumbs up from me.
