The manager/supervisor Bill was absolutely rude. He wouldn’t allow me to make my purchase just because my husband had gone back out to the car with our baby who had a soiled diaper. My husband left me with the membership card we share. I had never had this problem before. Obviously my husband was with me or we wouldn’t have been allowed in. I begged him to at least let me purchase just the one box of diapers so we could change the baby and he harassed me that he had to go out with me to the car to make sure my husband was there. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, compassion and just overall customer service.

This place is very close to my house. I love Costco because great quality of all kinds of meats and fishes, bread, frozen foods, fresh vegetables and organic foods. Specially home appliances price is unbeatable when it sales. One more thing is easy returns.

We are members of Costco for years, we always go to Melville location almost once or twice a week, even our prescriptions we get from them. Yesterday (05/16/22) my husband had an oral surgery and then we went to Costco to get his medications, they had two of them because the other two meds including one antibiotic had something that wasn’t clarified from the doctor office, so they weren’t able to fill them. I talked to the pharmacist ( I think his name is Dominique ); he was so caring and he stayed online with me to check the prescriptions we had, he tried to call the doctor office many times to fix the issue and he didn’t want to leave until he made sure that we got the antibiotic because he knew how important it is after a surgery, he was supposed to close the pharmacy at 7 o’clock but he stayed extra and didn’t leave until I reached there to get the medication, I really appreciate what he’s done, he’s a great example of a caring person, thank you:)

I visit this location to renew my bossiness executive card at this location after my workout session. I enjoy this location and take advantage of some great deals to buy some gym equipment for my personal gym and some security camera from one of new project plus an amazing outdoor chair that defeat gravity for my backyard. This my second visit at this location and I find some good selfhelp books plus some nonfiction and biographies books as well at very cheap price... The place immaculately clean and well organize. The parking lot is huge as well. I also at the end buy me a new set of tires for my car. I have top quality branding tires at a lower price. I am very happy for my purchase at this Costco location...
