Honestly avoid this place if you can. Went here for a typical 50$ tire swap, the mechanic used the incorrect tools to remove the lug nuts ended up damaged a rim. Put on the new rims and a week later I discovered the the lug nuts were not tightened correctly causing my front wheel to wobble. A 50$ job resulted in having to replace a 240$ rim and now I need to tow my car and get my wheels re tightened. Unprofessional shop and should not be in business.

This is the worst mavis ever. Bad service and everything. They take too long and the white fat guy is ridiculously rude. Every time my wife goes he is extremely rude and disrespectful. Talks over you doesn’t even let you talk and is rude.

Went for an inspection and would not let me pass because of the "breaks being rusty." They tried to pressure/scare me saying it was a serious issue, I didn't buy it. They wanted to charge me $1,600 on the spot and I refused as I said I don't have the money for that right now. They started talking to each other right in front of me saying how dangerous it is and trying to convince me that I was not doing a good thing. I don't know because they see that I'm a young woman they could scam me. I went to a different mechanic location and my car passed the inspection. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY THEY CAN IF YOU LET THEM.

This shop does all of my routine maintenance; tires, oil, brakes, batteries and filters. They were able to fix some issues my dealer wasn't able to. They are honest with time frame, prices and professional. Marty, Taylor and Kevin are good guys and have been a reason why I continue to use this shop. I travel alot and I'm confident in their work.
