Do the electric sites in T loop also have water?

Yes! Ours did.

Yes, they do. There is also a dump station and potable water spigots. Decent cold showers. Take a lot of sand fly repellent! They loved me. We really enjoyed our stay there. Oh, there was gasoline right there at marina store as well.
