Noon will be busy, but it doesn't take too long to get through the line. I try to go at 11am or so to beat the rush.
Have never had an issue with time. It is you and your time. Great place to eat.
They're really good at keeping a fast pace on the cooking line, it usually only takes a couple of minutes to go through for your first bowl, even when they're busy. On a side note, if you've never gone through the process before, pay close attention to the recipes above the sauce bar, and consider sticking to one of those to start with. Nothing's worse than making your first dish and putting a bad combination of sauces in and having to waste out your plate for a new one.

Should be fine, buffet style so as long as you mind standing in line for a minute or two while they cook your food good place to eat.
Love this Hu Hot and I have been to them all over! Highly recommend. It can get a little busy but never usually an issue.
