Call about the carts. Not sure Casino rents them. Horseshoe doesn't have a hotel but a few hotels in the area. Harrah's close by driving distance has a hotel. Both casinos no longer have buffets. Horseshoe has a smaller restaurant open all week and a upscale one open certain hours as does Harrah's. Horseshoe and Harrah's have a smaller eating area for Casino card holders. You have to be one level or higher on your card to use the area.

Unsure why you would need mobilized carts considering it is not expansive and there is little to entertain. It specifically has slots tables and a buffet. Nothing like the casinos in Vegas, Reno, Kansas city. Gas stations in california have better odds and more entertainment. Best to have a few drinks right away so the loss won't feel as devastating.

I also would say to take the proactive approach and call ahead and that way the staff can be sure to have one sanitized and readily available for you. Hope you have a great time at the company party and best of luck! :)
