It sounds like you didn't try very hard. This should be an easy fix.
You have to physically go in person to the ceaser rewards center and give them your email account and they will send you a reset link also sometimes if you tell them you no longer have access to that email they'll reset it right there
I had no problem getting a card. We went to the players club window, they asked for our ID told us we had a card from one of their sister casino. We recieved one without any problems
Agreed get new card
they must have a feeling that you're not being honest with them or 5heyd have you sitting at a machine and feeding buffaloes your dollars. have matching ID and they'll get you fixed up like you're important.
