Service dogs do not require vest or certficate and they are not allowed to ask as to disability. As per American Disability Act
A service dog must be trained to perform a job or tasks, per ADA. Proprietors are allowed to ask what job or task the dog is trained to do. Service Animal Defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA. A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
It is against the law to say a service dog has to have a vest or a certificate. No formal training is required. You can look up and read the disabilities law on the net and read the law. They are breaking the law.. Just saying.
Only allow service dogs with vest or certificate. ..per. Health code
no pets means no pets
I m guessing you can bring your dog to the Riverside tiki bar but not the restaurant or attached outside bar !
