If someone moved from Georgia and have a drivers license but move to North Carolina how do they get a North Carolina drivers license? But he let his Ga. license expire!

Will definitely have to take the test but if it has not expired yet just go and turn it in so they can turn it over to nc how ever because of covid you do have to go online and make an appointment first please don't just go up there cause they will not let you in i seen them turning ppl away cause they ain't have an appointment

He or she are def going to have to take a NC written test..If the license wasnt expires they could've just transferred it..
