Didn't have an Appointment so I was a walk-in. I couldn't get my phone to pick up the check-in barcode, so the young lady was super nice who helped me . We still couldn't get it to work so she gave me a ticket number . She was very Nice , and the Lady who did my License Renewal was Very polite and very friendly. Thank y'all very much ..

I came in with an appointment and was helped by I believe Ms Knight, she was very professional and kept the crowd under control and tried to make things move as efficiently as possible.. even though most of these operations are short-staffed. They did a decent job.

Yes, his information should be saved in the system. I would not recommend Roanoke Rapids they do not even allow people to wait inside. Last time people were standing outside in the heat waiting. Unless you can make an appointment online.
