My sales experience was good. Everyone was helpful and courteous. No sales pressure. My sales person set up the radio and mobile app for me and helped with a registration issue after the sale. I have had the truck in for its first service and was very pleased with the covered area for check-in and the efficiency of the staff. It was raining that day and I was able to exit the truck and go into the waiting room without going outside. That was an unexpected plus. Would definitely recommend this dealership. I love my Santa Cruz also!

Honestly, this location is very much unorganized and no one seem to be on the one accord. My vehicle has been here for almost a month due to needing a diagnostic. From my understanding there is ONLY ONE person doing the diagnosis and he only does 1 to 2 vehicles a day. I was told there were 20 to 25 cars ahead of mine and they're all in need of a diagnostic, which is completely ridiculous. I've been calling periodically just to check to see how much longer until my vehicle is looked at and I'm constantly being told different information each and every time, which I feel every one should be on the same accord. They have to do better and hire more people that know how to do diagnostic because if they one person takes off or have an emergency then no work will be done for any of the cars that's waiting. In addition to that if you're in need of a oil change or any work done on your car the soonest appointment they will have will be a month and a half out.
