We weren't successful looking for coupons. There may be a deal if you purchase a city pass or something like it (not sure about the correct official term). It would get you the trolley and some discounted rates on other attractions (arch?). I think it's not worth it overall or at least it wasn't for us and our time there. Some things, like the zoo and science museum, are free. We just paid the full price, though there is a cheaper rate of $12 if you go after 4 pm during the week and after 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I believe.
No but it gets cheaper as the day goes on. We paid $14 at noon we left at 4 and it was $12
