Almost impossible to sell out. The place is so large there will always be a lonely spot somewhere, and parking is offered in numerous locations for blocks around.
You can park all day 1 block away next to shell for 1 dolla
Here are the hours they are open: Mon – Thurs 9am till 5pm Fri – Sat 9am till Midnight Sun 11am till 5pm You could buy tickets online if you want to skip the lines, but this place is huge. It is a 10 story building. They also have stuff outside and on top of the building. You can go up there for an additional $5. We went yesterday and rode the Farris wheel which was well worth the $5.

Its easy to get tickets at the door. Its a huge place i dont think they run out. Good luck have a fun time. Parking is from 5 to 15 dollars depending on where you park.
It's open 24 hours and I've never been there without discovering a new area.
