Yes adults have to pay admission, but they are a reciprocal location to a lot of Children's Museums so if you have a membership somewhere else you could also get in here free or at least at a reduced cost.

Yes. Current admission is $11 per person. If you are military, you get in for free right now because of a donation made (free until that funding runs out).

My fiance and I had to pay admission and during the time that we were at the front I witnessed all of the other adults paying as well.
