We are planning a trip for 3 weeks from now, I’d like to purchase my tickets now so they won’t sell out but in the case that we have to cancel, how far in advance to I need to cancel to get a refund?

I just left there 1 day ago the ship has mechanical issues . If you do buy tickets you're not going to be going out on the water . The ship is docked . And the mention a refund of 20 bucks per ticket which we were due 113 bucks refund and never received it
