The newly remodeled part used to have a lot of stray cats living in it, owners are animal friendly. id say if you asked them they would likely let you bring them in as long as you made sure your pet made no messes and if so you cleaned them up. Can't state that for certainty but as the above said, I have never seen anything saying you couldn't have pets there

I saw no signs banning dogs outside where the planes and tanks are, but I doubt they would be permitted inside the actual building. It's always a good idea to call first.
