Internet goes down too often! Bill is outrageously high for content of cable and unstable internet! Wish we had more choices for cable and internet service!

Shady company that has new ownership every time you turn around. Service isn’t dependable. Can’t find a local office. Had to wait three months for them to get a contractor to come and bury a wire. I would steer clear of them if you’re looking for cable or internet service.

Garbage service, can not wait live somewhere with more provider options. Service speeds dip to an amazing 0.12 daily, connecting to Valorant servers (Chicago btw) have 100-400+ ping. 10%-100% packet loss. Joke of a company, forget YouTube or their digital cable package unless you like watching everything in 240p in 2022. . .

I see where others are asking about missing channels, ie 68 TV Land (which has been gone for weeks) and now TCM #36. What’s up??? Are they somewhere else in the lineup? We watch TCM a lot. Very disappointed it’s gone!!!

Channel 36 now requires a digital box. You can pick them up at the local office. The other channels that are missing since 9/1 were replaced with other channels. (It was on the bill.) Your local office will have info on that as well.

Why are some of my channels gone? Have a few missing for about 4 days or so.

You can check it online, call the phone number on your bill or go to the office.

I have the 100mg and it is so slow. I'm completely fed up now, it's happened way to much lately. I can't get anything to load, on phones or xbox. I really don't understand why it happens all the time.

I had issues with mine repeatedly. They came out and fixed it once. And a couple weeks later i had to go back up there again, cuz god knows i wasnt getting anywhere on the phone. Apparently they had upgraded everybody who was on the 50 mbps plan to 100. Problem i needed knew equipment. They didnt bother to tell anybody they had done that. There custmer service sux on the phone. Thats why i just go to the local office.

I have a ten year old TV do I need a box to get the high. Did channels. And does it cost to get it
