Yes but not for very much. Trade in value is negligible, maybe 20% of a game. Older systems like Wii and 360 aren't even accepted, only brand new ones.

Yes for most stuff. They dimt take like PS2, but they take Ps3/4 360 XB1 wii and stuff like that
