Also, as a heavy smoker myself, the smell of smoke on someone plus the disinfectant really makes the cigarette smell more intense. Perhaps someone was smoking near an entrance and the smell drifted in? I understand your concern, I find the Country Butcher Shop to be very professional, too. I hope this helps, but I would definitely ask them why if I experienced that issue again.
More than likely it was a customer before you who had smoked in his car. I am a frequent customer of that establishment and can't say enough about their professionalism. I've personally never smelled anything similar during my frequent visits, but as we are all human, that's just my experience! Hope this helped put you at ease.
