So glad I could find a place that sells duck eggs.

So I was recommended by a friend that this place had good eggs, which was all I needed, but the woman behind the counter made me feel like I was not good enough since I didn't order more stuff. In the end she even asked me if I wanted a "little bag" . This is my first bad review ever, so you can imagine how bad it was.

I am a vegan so can't partake in the meats. I go there to pick up my mushrooms that I get delivered then a few things like pasta and or sauces to go with them. Everyone there is always incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend you check them out for great local products and great service.

I’ve got mixed emotions! Lamb necks were/are “Da Bomb!” Tender, succulent and quite meaty. Also purchased a cut of shoulder which I haven’t cooked yet. Very disappointed with the chicken. Small; not very tender after baking. Ate very little, then decided to make soup which was quite flavorful! It was explained (by staff) that during winter, the size of the birds are smaller given that the “pasture fed” birds don’t have as much to feed on. I cooked the Denver Steak and have decided that I’m not a fan of that cut. While it appears we’ll marbled, it was just too tough for me. First time/ last time for this cut. The ground beef was not good. Too lean and chewy. I usually buy eighty percent (80%) lean; what I purchased must have been higher than what I’m accustomed to. Finally, the Italian Sausage was not good at all. Not well seasoned and the casing seemed too thick. On a lighter note, service and merchandising were both fantastic.

We get goat from time to time when our local farmers have them for us. Keep your eye on social media for announcements!
You can take a look at what they have in stock on their online store.
Primal Supply's meat is all pasture raised on local farms - they know the farmers. That's true for their beef, pork and chicken. I'd be stunned if their beef was not 100 percent grass feed
Yes! Recommended to place and order to get them fresh. Beef, pork and poultry organs are regularly available.
No on the alligator, very unlikely on sheep brain
