Been traveling the U.S. for years, this is by far my favorite butcher in the country, makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. High quality all around with a fantastic selection to choose from. Everytime I head through North Dakota I make it a point to stop in here and absolutely pack my RV fridge with whatever looks good. My last visit yielded their entire selection of brats, a frozen wagyu steak, a tub of liver pate, summer sausage, meat sticks and a few other goodies, and rest assured they were all truly outstanding, you can't go wrong. The staff have always been on point as well. Hard to leave the shop in a bad mood. Strongly considering looking into shipping some of their stuff to me frozen if possible.
