I have insurance and a warrenty on my phone(Kyocera) in Indiana but I'm in North Carolina and the screen is cracked and speaker is messed up can I get that fixed while I'm here and if so will they rent me one until mine gets fixed thank u

They generally overnight the replacement, then you send the broken one back In the box.

I haven't had them rent one to me because they got my replacement to me within 1-2 days.... but they are pretty good in the store and over the phone about handling your issues. Just ask them to ship the replacement to your current location. I hope this helps!
