Frank I'm sorry you had a bad experience. To my knowledge "Peg-leg" doesn't work there. As a former employee I can absolutely tell you there has been a "shift" in the staffing model. Following the Walmart/Depot etc. model these big box stores want 30% annual growth while cutting labor 30-50%. They cut many full-time jobs and replace those with part-time without benefits. And "training?" All OTJ! Me bitter? No.... they fired me just shy of 10 years for taking too many sick days. And yeah, I had a heart attack 33 days later! Karma will get them back. Best regards.
