In our trust, we have a relative that we no longer trust to be our 1st successor trustee. Does your law firm ever willingly become the 1st successor trustee?

In order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest, we would not make our Firm a trustee. We would certainly welcome you to come into our office and have your current estate plan reviewed.
