Very unsafe conditions he’s willing to put employees in. The owner lacks the ability to do anything but his way, even if he’s putting others at risk or losing money in the process. Honestly the lack of care martin has towards employees and customers is wild. Bonuses that are supposed to be given to employees seem to always disappear when the time comes to pay what was promised. He’s willing to use anyone to make a buck. And I’m not even sure how the yard is even legal… it’s not run legally. Nor are his job sites.
