I’m used to not getting a lot of service at the big box home improvement stores, but on a recent visit to Lowe’s, I got great service from a young man named “Jack” in the plumbing department. He was very enthusiastic about helping me. Hopefully he’ll get a raise and/or a promotion soon! Thanks, Jack!

Where have the checkouts gone? I guess this is our last time here since they seem to only have self checkouts anymore.

Seems that Lowes has better selection and more in stock items than Home Depot these days. Also, they have more employees that give a f+$#. I think it's a better deal to go to Lowes. (mic drop!!!)

If AT&T customer service and Comcast customer service had a retail baby together, it’d be Lowes Missoula. I’ve never before encountered such a concentration of zombified, willfully unhelpful employees. I can only hope it’s because the good ones have found their way out of this pit of hardware despair or else drug themselves sufficiently to tolerate it.

We sell plastic patio furniture and plastic banquet tables and chairs.
I will NEVER use any of Lowe's contractors. Obnoxious and Inept. Go back to the store and Demand a refund as well as another installer to replace the flooding at No Charge. If they give you any grief, dispute the charge with the credit card company. Good Luck!
Well if it I local, the best way is to take pic and show it to customer service. They might match, and then again they might not. After that it's a pain, I would just get it at the other place in all truth.
The main number then press the button for curbside. It's also on the curbside pickup signs.
You have to call the store
Beats me I'm in missoula
Same as every place socially distance wear your mask carts are cleaned and sterilized after use so are keypads and there are plexiglass dividers between you and the cashier
So I went there after hearing they were covid safe. They most definitely are not! They absolutely do not wipe the carts down. They absolutely do not enforce mask requirements. In fact some employees weren't even wearing masks or wearing them correctly. Customers everywhere without masks. Noses hanging out all over the place. Zero enforcement of social distancing. No cleaning of self checkout between customers. It was like a huge gathering of ignorance.
I think all they have are one step and two step units. Nothing any larger.
20 stores nationwide. Only those that were costing money to operate vs. Making a profit. Also most had another Lowes within 10 miles.
