What should we all do now? Generally they should have sent a letter if our loans were being transferred to another place if something was happening with their company. We all have nothing to go off of. I could see if one of the telephone numbers was not working but it's all locations so I think they abruptly went out of business. I dont even know where to file a complaint. We cant even get our loans transferred at this point.
***Update 10/21/2020*** There system is back up and my payment that was made prior to the system going down posted today. I'vehad the same issue. Payment did not post and I did not get a confirmation email as normal. Phone and site has been down since the 15th. *Update* I just received a email notification that my emails I've sent to my account person over the last two days were not received due to a nonworking email address for the company. *2nd Update* The below message is on the company's LinkedIn site. This is scary, I was unable to make a payment. I spoke with someone on Thursday that said their systems was down. I've never had an issue with them for 13 years÷Herrietta Morrison
Unfortunately all their systems seem to be down including phone lines for all their branches. Any number we call gives the same message, "Welcome to Verizon wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again." I've tried at least 5 different numbers n this is the message I get each time.
Same thing with me also. I just hope they dont try anything shady cause of this. In all my years ive never experienced anything like this with a mortgage company/debt collector.
I have tried to pay my mortgage since the 16th online and the website is not available. When I call the number I can't get through as it states the line is not available. If they were having problems they should have notified their clients.
This is very alarming and concerning. What happens if they went bankrupt?
We also cannot get through and need loan payoff to close on house sale. We've tried calling other branches across the US and their phones are not working either *Update Their website is now stating technical difficulties and they will update their site as soon as they can
I’ve had the same issue like Wynette. My emails to them finally came back and said undeliverable. Received no payment confirmation and my payment has not been drafted yet from my account. I see they have a very bad rating with the BBB. I’m becoming very concerned. Website, phones and emails are not working. I also saw they have a lawsuit against them. This is very concerning. I hope it’s just a system issue.

Ditto. My auto payment for my rental property didn't post, or send the email of the auto payment being made as it usually does, no web access, either. Something is definitely going on.
I just spoke to someone from the 1800 number and I got through! They are getting a new system / and apologized - money will Come out soon and no late fees this month
