Just go in and fill out their membership card with an employee .You will need your government issued ID or Driver's license along with a piece of mail from like pg&e verifying your address. It doesn't cost anything unless you want a movie deal, such as 5 new releases a month at a set price. Their employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful as well.
Go to ultimate yogurt on plaza they will take it and return it to spotlight they call it in after you give it to them.
Go to arcata there is a movie rental store at top g st across from revealution bikes it's called la dolce videos they have it there.
