I just talked to this company and they told me that I owed them money. I don't even have a loan with them I was trying to buy out someone else's loan. Explain to me how I owe them anything I don't even deal with them. Probably the most rude awful incompetent people on the face of this Earth. Thankfully I was able to talk to the bank that they service and they're going to handle it with me without them because I've refused to deal with the sn service

I wish there was an option to give a 0-star rating. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent mortgage servicer since I've had my mortgage. To get a simple billing statement was the equivalent of getting my teeth pulled. If you see this company as your new servicer for your mortgage, be very vigilant in keeping up with your payments, check your portal every single day, and only email correspond if you can to keep a paper trail of interactions. I would even go as far as refinancing or selling your home so you do not have to deal with these people. Good luck.

Mortgage got sold to this company. I have not had one good communication experience with them. They are rude, accusatory and unhelpful in every way imaginable. They will lie and say they don’t have insurance on file and threaten to charge you, regardless of how many times it’s been sent to them by multiple people. They attempted to tell us we were 2 months behind on our payments, NEVER missed a payment. Ever. Not one employee has been kind or even just barely pleasant. All have rude tones, rude comments, and do not help resolve issues at all. I pray interest rates go down soon so we can refinance and be done with them for good. ZERO customer service skills and ZERO account management skills.

I almost want to refinance at a terrible rate just to get away from them. They recently bought my loan and first of all, initial communication was gross. Instead of a "Welcome! We recently bought your loan and you'll be making payments to us!" letter that you'd normally get from a new servicer, the letter was more like "WE ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR COLLECTION ON BEHALF OF XYZ AND YOU OWE US MONEY." What a horrible first impression. I just went through their online portal, which is so cumbersome, outdated, and un-intuitive that I can't even see a nice breakdown of my loan status, or do any of the other normal things you'd do on a loan portal. Fingers crossed another company buys my loan again soon.

What should we all do now? Generally they should have sent a letter if our loans were being transferred to another place if something was happening with their company. We all have nothing to go off of. I could see if one of the telephone numbers was not working but it's all locations so I think they abruptly went out of business. I dont even know where to file a complaint. We cant even get our loans transferred at this point.

Website is back up but still cannot make a payment...... They have assessed a late charge to my account and it has already been reported to the credit bureaus. SN servicing sucks!!!!!!!
