We do not have a separate gluten free menu but we prepare several items that are gluten free. Menu items that are gluten free consist of tacos with soft corn tortillas, enchiladas, (the only sauce not gluten free is the mole sauce - the other four signature sauces and two table salsas are all gluten free) or fajitas. The chicken, machaca beef and ground beef along with the refried beans are all gluten free. Our rice is made with chicken stock and although the chicken bouillon cubes we occasionally use are labeled "gluten free", they do contain a small amount of maltodextrin; which as you may know can be harmful for very severe cases of Celiac disease. In our fryer we fry both flour and corn items, making any fried food a threat of cross contamination. This would also include the complementary chips served at the table. Depending on the severity of your allergy, it would be your own judgement as to whether you should consume the rice or fried foods. We hope to see you soon.
They may have some gluten free items if you ask but I wouldn't count on much.
