Take my advice. Choose ANOTHER car rental place. There are alot of hidden fees and tricks. The cars are NOT even efficient. I never got a call back or refund.
Well I work for the company one thing I can tell you is we have the most affordable rates, and no one can make you pay for anything you dont want to purchase.
If you just go back to the airport and take the rental return route I think you'll be able to rent from there. About Fox, they're a discount car rental place. They will offer you a hundred different add on but if you refuse you'll get the car at the rate you reserved it for. It works just fine I've used them a couple of times with no problems.
You can take the airport tram to the fox counter. I have waited 45min to an hour 4 or 5 times in the SFO Fox Rental car line. Their system is sooo slow. If in a hurry, rent elsewhere.
