A couple of months ago I tried to use my MMIC card at East Of Eden Salinas. The cashier said, "We don't 'stack' discounts". That was incorrect ... so, has the tax exception been instated yet?

They also give Senior Citizens discounts, on top of 10%

Tax exception? You will get one discount, they won't stack. It will be a 10% medical discount.
