I have a bad experience in this place, with one of the employees, unfortunately I act in bad faith and take the opportunity in a call I received, he gave me the wrong amount, an amount that I do not have left in the court, it is my responsibility to count the money, I understand, it shouldn't have happened but it should have been left over in the courtroom, it was almost at closing and there was no leftover, he only proved to have acted in bad faith. That was with an employee, they had always treated me with kindness, good attention but when making calls with the supervisor for follow-up they did not attend me well and even left me up to 50 minutes on hold and hung up, the same with the manager, both gave little importance In fact, only one employee showed education and understanding of the matter.
