Terrible service. I took my car in to get my front windshield replaced. About half an hour into my appointment I was told they would not be able to replace my windshield because they were missing parts. They realized they were missing parts after they started taking my windshield off. They had to put my original windshield back on. A few minutes after I drove away a few sensor lights came on. I called safelite and spoke to Sam and explain what happened. He assured me they would look into it during my next appointment. One week later they received the missing parts and I schedule another appointment. Once I was at the appointment I was told they still would not be able to replace the windshield until I take my car back to the dealership and get the sensor lights taken care of. I live in king city which is almost an hour away from salinas. I wasted gas and my time driving to salinas TWICE just so they can tell me they can’t make the replacement. Now I have to take my car to the dealership which is almost 2 hours away. I will no longer be taking my car back to Safelite. Seems like they are disorganized and don’t know what they are doing.

*Told different things across multiple Safelite agents. Multiple messages were left with no return calls. *Told that work could be completed by mobile techs and then local shop canceled the afternoon before the appointment once I RE-EXPLAINED what I had already told the other agent booking the appointment. *Reasoning said to me for the cancelation was that the information given to them over the phone by me the afternoon before was information that they did not have. "The job was more complex than reported." However, The agent I spoke with over the phone that booked the appointment was told the same information. *3 days later and a 4th Safelite Rep. wants me to set up another appointment and bring in my vehicle to the shop? lol *Wasted time and still have broken side mirror. I'll pass...
