Very bad customer service. you call and are placed on hold for long periods of time. I had to hang up and call again and they answered right away. One of the dentist's assistant is really rude. I went for my filling. I had already done my xrays and on my second visit to get the filling. Without looking at my chart, the assistant told me to get the xray again and when I told her that I got the xray done a couple of weeks ago, she got mad. While helping the dentists, she just put a mouthwash next to me, without diluting it and said "here" and left. Another incident was where they took my credit card and swiped it for the amount due, and then kept it for 5 minutes...until I asked for it back... If I had to give a zero or no starts, I would. The management of the office should really look at how their employees are providing service.
