Is the locked box on the street? It will cost $45 to get a new key. You can either go into the post office and talk to them and pay there or try to catch the carrier on the street and talk to them. They can talk to the person the rekeys the lock

Rhonda can help you with that. She is the supervisor. The person you send must have a valid state identification and be able to show they represent you in the form of a notarized letter. The reason for this is that they are a Federal entity. I hope this helps. Ty

Yes, but I believe there is a charge. And only the post office can make the duplicates.
