Walked in. They were under staffed due to call outs. Interrupted the guy’s lunch. He was still willing to let me go through the drop off process. Although it did take some time before they got working on my phone, they still did an amazing job. Even under staffed and backed up, they still did an amazing job. All in all i do recommend.

We occasionally purchase computers in good quality if they are within 3-4 years of manufacture. If you would like to bring the machine in, we can test it to see if it is something we would be interested in purchasing.

It primarily depends on if you are the original owner or have the owner's apple account information. If so, we have a high rate of success. If it is a locked phone that was purchased and you do not have any original owner information, it can be very difficult or impossible. I used to be a trainer for Apple's support team so my crew has an edge. If you wish, bring it by and we can see what we are up against.
